These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and policies for purchasing and using our products and services. By placing an order with Fidelity Healthcare, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Fidelity Healthcare provides medical and healthcare products, including Tynor Cure, Tynor Life, and Tynor Sports. All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability. We may refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity. Orders will only be processed once payment is received and confirmed.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:
North Island: 1–3 business days
South Island: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. All deliveries require a physical address within New Zealand and a signature upon receipt unless otherwise arranged. Additional charges may apply for rural or remote locations such as Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, or Chatham Island.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection from:

Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.. Orders must be collected within 5 working days, unless an alternative arrangement has been made.
Most products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain hygiene-related products (e.g., toilet frames, commodes) are non-returnable unless faulty.
For change-of-mind or size exchanges, customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs. If the product was purchased with Free Shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the same card.
Bank Transfer Payments: Refunded to the provided bank account.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. We do not provide refunds for courier delays beyond our control.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours. We may request photographs before processing a replacement or refund. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost to you.
You must provide accurate delivery and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidelity Healthcare is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to our products or services. Our total liability will not exceed the total purchase amount of your order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
